Waking up between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. could be a sign of spiritual awakening

No need to be mystical: perhaps you simply need a moment to reconnect with your desires, your life path, what truly inspires you.

A good approach: keep a journal of thoughts or dreams close at hand, and jot down whatever comes to mind at that moment.

An imbalance… in your diet?
Physiologically speaking, the body is also very sensitive to blood sugar fluctuations during the night. If you eat too much sugar in the evening, or skip meals, it can cause a sudden drop in energy… which your body compensates for with a surge of cortisol. The result: you wake up, sometimes even feeling alert.
